Vampire the Masquerade Revised and 20th Anniversary edition. Players will be fledgling (neonate) vampires on the verge of moving into minor positions of power within the city.
The Camarilla of New Gotham are holding onto their crumbling empire while the Anarch and Sabbat gobble up pieces of the city and other supernatural creatures attempt to carve out their own empires on the streets. This setting is a gritty, Crow-like theme Dark City where the buildings of corporate no-name utopia stretch into the ever-cloudy ever-night sky. This setting is a mix of Old New Orleans and 80s fictional New York but Batman is nowhere to be found yet there are Jokers everywhere.
